- I worked for 10 years at the Center for Distance Learning Research at Texas A&M University. During my time there, I was the lead trainer for all CDLR professional development programs. The primary goal for these programs was to teach people to effectively deliver instruction using distance education and classroom technologies. In 2006, I was honored to receive a Platinum Award from the United States Distance Learning Association for Excellence in Distance Teaching.
